Cardiac Auscultation

Listen to heart sounds at five key auscultation sites—aortic, pulmonic, Erb’s point, tricuspid, and mitral—with sound character and intensity changing by location.

Cardiac sounds may be isolated or presented with concurrent pulmonary sounds. They can also be synchronized with bilateral carotid pulses, allowing learners to hear and feel cardiac rhythm simultaneously.

Pulmonary Auscultation

As a comprehensive lung sound auscultation trainer, MATT allows learners to auscultate normal and abnormal lung sounds across the anatomical areas of the lung lobes on the anterior and posterior torso. Pulmonary sounds may be isolated or presented with concurrent cardiac sounds.

Abdominal Auscultation

Use normal and abnormal bowel sounds to teach systematic auscultation across all four abdominal quadrants.
